Our Archbishop Alemany

Park, CA. This is south of Santa Rosa
or about 70 miles
from San Mateo. The
District flyer information on the exemplification follows this
Newsletter and has
been posted at
our Alemany Assembly web site at:
http://www.smartlinks.org/kofc4th0076.html The hotel room rate at
the Doubletree Hotel is $92. The initiation fee of $65 includes the
candidate's banquet ticket. Our annual dues are $24. File Form 4's with
our Faithful Comptroller. Let's recruit now!
Since
June of 2000, Archbishop Alemany Assembly 76 has had only four
or five active participants in the Color Corps. Now, we have had a
rebirth of our Color Corps members. Our members have more than tripled
with still more being outfitted. We have committed $3,200.00 for
regalia.
($2,000 from General Fund and $1,200 Donation). We invite
additional potential new Color Corps members to apply for the remainder
of these funds. It is important that each Council have a cadre of Color
Corps members for Parish and Council events.

But let us not forget the true
meaning
of Christmas. It's
more than parties, cards, and gifts. It's to celebrate the birth of
Jesus.
So when you carry on tradition, don't forget the most important part --
put Christ into Christmas. God demonstrated his love for us by
entering
our world under the most humble of circumstances. His incarnation, the
infant in the manger, has made it possible that we go to meet Him
someday.

My sincere
wishes
to each of you for a
Merry
Christmas! May angels watch over you and the
love of Jesus Christ fill your heart and bless your days! Merry
Christmas and Best wishes in 2006!
Elmer Bergman , Faithful
Navigator
